Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using HouseOfGrapplers ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

HouseOfGrapplers is a management platform for martial arts academies. We provide tools for member management, scheduling, attendance tracking, belt progression, curriculum planning, community engagement, and billing.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Academy data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform, including member records, class schedules, and community content. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your academy data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Payment & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HouseOfGrapplers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
