HouseOfGrapplers was born from a simple frustration: running a martial arts academy shouldn't require duct-taping spreadsheets, group chats, and generic gym software together.
We're a small team of engineers and BJJ practitioners who spent years training at academies that deserved better tools. Attendance was tracked on clipboards. Belt promotions lived in the head coach's memory. Community announcements got buried in WhatsApp threads.
So we built the platform we wished existed — one that handles check-ins, scheduling, curriculum, belt progress, community, and billing in a single, clean interface. No bloat. No legacy gym-bro software aesthetics. Just the tools an academy actually needs.
Every feature is designed around how martial arts academies actually operate: mat time is sacred, coaches are busy, and students want to feel part of something bigger than a membership number.
