Should women-only classes exist at every gym?
Some gyms have them. Some don't. The argument for: lower barrier to entry, retention, building friendships that keep women training. The argument against: integration matters. Women who only train women don't develop the same way. I've trained at gyms with both setups. The ones that have a women-only class once a week PLUS full integration on other days have way better retention. What's your gym?
