Sleep + BJJ + family + work. How are you balancing this?
2 kids under 8. Demanding job. Wife gives me 4 days a week. I get 6 hours of sleep on a good night. Masters with kids: what's the actual schedule that works for you? I'm close to burning out.
Older grapplers. Recovery, longevity, training around injuries.

I'm 43. Train 4x a week. Wake up creaking. Was 20 minutes warmup at 30, now 45 minutes at 43. Masters: what's actually working? Sauna? Sleep? Specific lifts? Cold plunge? Or just acceptance?
No-gi crowd is all leg locks now. I'm 41. My knees survived 15 years of jiujitsu. I'm not sure I want to risk them learning heels. Other 40+ folks: did you embrace heel hooks or stay away?
I used to do 2-hour open mats and feel fine. Now 45 min and I'm gassed. Is this just age? Should I be doing zone 2? Strength? What actually moves the needle for masters cardio?
5 different masters divisions. Real talent. Lower-stress vibe. Older grapplers who actually know what they're doing. Why is this not the most respected event on the calendar? Adult Worlds is half teenagers throwing stuff at the wall.
