Join HOGYou've drilled the triangle a thousand times. So why does the white belt still survive it?
The triangle is an angles technique. It is not, and has never been, a squeeze technique. The squeeze is the finish. The angles are the choke.
Four angles: head (chin-to-chest on the trapped shoulder), hip (perpendicular cut, not face-up), leg (knee-over-ankle lock), finish (wrist across or shrimp to back).
Anchored to Ryan Hall (ADCC 2009 -66kg bronze), Roger Gracie (10× World Champion), Lachlan Giles (Submeta triangle systems), Marcelo Garcia (triangle-to-back transitions).
